My client is looking for a part time commi chef to work in a busy hotel 2 x 12 hour shifts within a 7 day workng week. The days and hours may change so you have to be flexible and able to work weekends.
The right commis chef will have some experience in some sections and most importantly be able to handle a fair amount of pace and pressure.
The right commis chef will have a strong, individual character and be confident in their ability. You will ideally be ambitious and looking for a career opportunity. The commis chef will work with fresh food and be given responsibility
Location of vacancy is approx 10 miles from Fishguard town.
