Nurse Team LeaderWe currently have a vacancy for a Nurse Team Leader in the Aberystwyth area of Wales. The home provides dementia and nursing care to the elderly.As the Team Leader you will manage and supervise care and ancillary staff. You will also be responsible for the temporary running of the home in the absence of the Home / Care Manager and or Assistant Manager. You will support the Home Manager in all aspects of the home\'s management and service, taking responsibility for meeting resident\'s personal care needs and providing direct care.You will need to be a qualified nurses looking for their first steps into a management role. You will need to be flexible and reliable, you are self-assured, caring, approachable, and display strong leadership qualities. The ability to establish a good rapport with residents, their families and visitors is essential.£15.00 per hour based on full time hours.
